Russell Ayto, Henry and the Yeti, Bloomsbury, 1 March 2017, 32pp., $21.99 (hbk), ISBN 9781408876619
This is an engaging tale about young Henry’s desire to find a yeti, even though nobody else believes they exist. He equips himself with the essentials and sets off on a long expedition. Finally he meets a yeti but he cannot produce any evidence and only his father believes him… It’s a delightful story about believing in yourself but the absolute joy are the amusing illustrations and clever page layouts which draw readers in and ensure they feel they are participating in the adventure. Suitable for ages 4-6.
