Translated from German, this is a delightful story about five friends – Raccoon, Fox, Badger, Crow and Bear – that will remind young and old readers alike of Winnie the Pooh and his friends. The story moves at a leisurely pace as the friends meet up and share their perfect day, sharing all the things they enjoy together.
There is gentle humour and much kindness as they help each other and relish being in the country side. The detailed illustrations are a joy and capture the personalities of each character. This is a beautifully produced hardback with excellent quality paper that will withstand the many readings children will request.
